  • Teacher manual and instructional support materials available for elementary school level and middle/high school levels.
  • Each grade has a different number of lessons ranging from 20-36 with a length of 20-45 minutes. 
  • Lessons plans are included in a binder as well as games/activities sets, books, posters and DVD videos.
  • Supplement to Health & Physical Education Curriculum.
