  • Kids Have Stress Too is for kindergarten and grades 1-3, Stress Lessons has components for grades 4-6, 7-9, and ages 14-17. 
  • Throughout the school year, concepts are taught through educator-led classroom activities and role-playing.
  • Lesson plans are adapted for developmentally appropriate age ranges. 
  • Lesson plans, activities, and other supplementary resources are available to download online.
