ABOUT

CMHA National offers both the Psychological Health and Safety Professional Certificate and Psychological Health and Safety: The Essentials. The Essentials training provides an overview of the elements of psychological health and safety and the Psychological Health and Safety Professional Certificate is designed for individuals who are working to improve psychological health and safety in their workplaces and/or to implement the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace (the Standard).

This certification provides employees, managers and leaders with an intensive learning experience focused on eliminating barriers and building the case for a mentally healthy work environment.

Notes About this Intervention
  • Training program for individuals and consultants.
  • The Psychological Health and Safety Professional Certificate is $1,250 and takes place over 4 half days (12 hours total, 1:30-4:30 EST Monday-Thursday)
  • Psychological Health and Safety: The Essentials is $300 and is a 3 hour course (1:30-4:30 EST)
  • Format: Virtual training
  • Provided by the Canadian Mental Health Association
