Lambton Public Health Post Partum Support Group

A Post-Partum Support Group facilitated by Public Health Nurses is offered in conjunction with the Family Counselling Centre. The weekly support group provides a safe place for women to receive valuable information and informal support.

In addition to weekly, in-person support groups, additional services will include a dedicated postpartum support counsellor, a self-help guidebook, and support from the Tel-check program.

You do not need a diagnosis to join the group, as anyone facing challenges adjusting to their new life with a baby is welcome.
