Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7, national support service. Whether by phone, text, mobile app or through their website, you can connect with a caring person whenever you want, however you want.

They offer professional counselling, information and referrals and volunteer-led, text-based support to young people in both English and French. They also offer a wide range of articles, tools and resources on the site to help young people through challenges or experiences they might face. Kids Help Phone also has professional counselling support and a variety of resources to help youth in any moment of need.
