Being a Mindful Employee: An Orientation to Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace

ABOUT

This free online training program is about psychological health and safety in the workplace. The goal is to help you, as an employee, understand the 13 psychosocial workplace factors from the National Standard of Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and what you can do to help yourself and others in the workplace.  

Notes About this Intervention
  • Courses are recommended for anyone interested in learning more about mental health at work.
  • Average time to complete the course is 75-90 minutes.
  • This program can be taken individually, or your employer can assign this course to employees. Although they can track completion, employers will not have access to individual responses.
  • Online course-based.
  • This course is led by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Provided by the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety.
