Talk 4 Healing Helpline

Beendigen offers 24/7 help, support and resources for Indigenous women, by Indigenous women, all across Ontario.

Started in 2012 by Beendigen in partnership with the Ontario Native Women’s Association, Talk4Healing has provided over 20,000 Indigenous women and their families with real-world solutions, without judgment, in a safe and accepting environment.

Beendigen’s services are fully grounded in Indigenous culture, wisdom and tradition and are available in multiple languages.
