Starting the conversation about mental health in the workplace can be challenging.

Learn more and engage others in the conversation at your workplace about mental health. These whiteboard videos in combination with the Facilitator’s Guide will assist in having guided conversations about 13 of the Psychosocial Factors that impact Psychological Health and Safety in a workplace. Less than 5 minutes each, these videos can be fit into any meeting and get everyone on the same page about mental health at your workplace. Facilitator’s Guides are provided for each Psychosocial Factor so that anyone can talk about the importance of mental health in the workplace after using this guide.
