Several mindfulness workshops are available to organizations:
- An Introduction to Mindfulness is a one-day workshop that introduces participants to theories and applications of mindfulness. Participants will learn tools, techniques, and tips to increase their effectiveness and engagement while at work and other areas of their life.
- Integrating Mindfulness at Work is a two-day workshop that further develops introductory concepts and applications of mindfulness. Participants will learn how to better deal with difficulties, cultivate compassion, and gain a solid foundation for continued mindfulness practice.
- Custom programs can also be requested.
